Thales in Mexico City is seeking a Security Analyst to join a team of security professionals responsible for protecting corporate and production environments, with hands-on work across cloud, network, and endpoint security.

You will monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to threats, participate in 24/7 operations, and help implement CI/CD security, IaC, and automation to strengthen defenses.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud service providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with endpoint security and detection technologies (Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike, Defender).
• 5+ years of experience with SIEM solutions (log correlation, alert development, dashboards).
• 3+ years of DevSecOps in CI/CD, IaC, container security, automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native security tools and IAM, logging, and workload protection.
• Experience scripting with Python/PowerShell/Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat hunting methodologies.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, investigate, and triage security events to support threat modeling.
• Proactively monitor cloud, network, and endpoint for suspicious activity.
• Perform cloud security posture assessments across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Develop and maintain security alerts, correlations, and dashboards in SIEM.
• Design and implement security automation to improve efficiency.
• Configure and optimize security platforms (SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, EDR/XDR).
• Conduct threat hunts and publish threat intelligence reports.
• Manage security incident investigations and document resolutions.
• Review vulnerability scans and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure secure configurations.
• Define security standards with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly security gap analyses and vendor assessments.
