F5 is seeking a Security Engineer III to implement, maintain, and improve security platforms supporting Security Operations. You will work with Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Logging Engineering to ensure visibility, controls, and telemetry across endpoints, cloud, and data security.

Responsibilities include automating processes, testing new security capabilities, and producing runbooks while joining an on-call rotation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience deploying or supporting enterprise security technologies and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain enterprise security platforms with emphasis on DLP and endpoint security.
• Configure and optimize security controls, policies, integrations, and telemetry.
• Develop and enhance automation, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Logging Engineering teams.
• Evaluate and test new platform capabilities and security technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and data security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and on-call procedures.
