NORMA Group in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. You will supervise 80-100 production operators, ensure safety standards are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the line.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and HR to resolve issues, manage production schedules, and monitor KPIs such as efficiency, downtime and OEE to meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
• Experience supervising 80-100 production operators.
• Strong focus on safety culture and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily activities of 80-100 Production Operators.
• Ensure safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on-time delivery per production plan.
• Monitor KPIs: efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, downtime, labor utilization.
• Lead workforce planning, shift organization and resource allocation.
• Coach and develop team leaders and operators to elevate engagement and performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to resolve issues.
