Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of production operators.
• Ensures shift KPIs in safety, quality, delivery and culture are met.
• Reviews daily production schedules to finalize shift work plans.
• Directs shift personnel following policies, including safety training.
• Coordinates workflow and fosters teamwork to meet objectives.
• Identifies causes of KPI failures and prepares recovery actions.
• Reports to Production/Plant Manager and supports corrective actions.
• Manages inventory levels and creates purchase orders as needed.
• Provides orientation and training for new employees, including safety.
• Ensures 6S standards are maintained.
