Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates in Mexico for the Puebla area. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and help drive sales during peak seasons. This role offers flexibility with schedules and opportunities to participate in stock duties when needed.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable with technology. This position is part-time and aligned with seasonal business needs.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payment processing
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and work well in a team
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Perform tasks as assigned by management
