Under Armour in Mexico is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, assist with stock duties, and help meet store goals during peak seasons. This role is ideal for someone seeking extra income in summer or holiday periods.

Qualified candidates are energetic, reliable, and comfortable using basic technology. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum age: 16 (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fluent in local language; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests and work well within a team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled to UA attendance policy.
