Develop U.S. is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to temporarily join our team in Torreón to cover an employee leave. You will coordinate the development team's Agile workflow, run Scrum ceremonies, and ensure clear communication with our international partners.

The role emphasizes backlog management, blockers removal, ticket and incident follow-up, and timely meetings with stakeholders across time zones. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and ability to juggle multiple priorities are

Formación

• Hands-on Scrum Master with strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Experience organizing Scrum ceremonies and Agile ceremonies across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day Agile workflows and Scrum ceremonies.

We are looking for a hands‑on Scrum Master to temporarily join our team and provide coverage during an employee leave. This role will coordinate the development team’s Agile workflow, manage user stories, bugs, and incidents, and ensure clear communication and follow-up with our international partners.

Requirements:

• Coordinate day-to-day Agile workflows and Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage and follow up on tickets, user stories, bugs, and incidents.
• Maintain backlog accuracy and task traceability.
• Identify and remove blockers.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agreements, and action items.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with international partners.
• Coordinate priorities, incidents, and deliverables between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken

Technical Skill:

• CRM and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
