Develop U.S. seeks a Scrum Master to join on a temporary basis to cover an employee leave. You will coordinate Agile workflows, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and manage user stories, bugs and incidents with cross-functional teams.

You will ensure effective communication between technical teams and our partner in India, supporting collaboration across time zones and ensuring project momentum.

Formación

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Agile workflows and Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams.
• Manage and prioritize user stories, bugs and incidents.
• Ensure clear, timely communication between technical teams and our India partner.
