Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production, develop and mentor staff, and drive efficiency across the plant in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, uphold safety and quality standards, and analyze data to identify improvements. The role offers growth opportunities and a commitment to work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of production outcomes by ensuring schedules and quality standards are consistently met, maintaining accountability and integrity in all actions.

• Address operational challenges proactively by focusing on the key aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth workflows and removing obstacles for your team.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular evaluations and collaborative problem-solving, fostering an environment of innovation and progress.

• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diverse perspectives and builds trust, ensuring all team members contribute towards shared success.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
