Infosys Mexico seeks a Senior Endpoint Management & Application Packaging Expert with deep SCCM/MECM patching, packaging and automation skills to lead enterprise Windows deployments and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) initiatives.

You will own end-to-end patching workflows, build PowerShell automation frameworks, troubleshoot deployment issues, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM administration and patch management.
• Experience packaging and deploying applications at enterprise scale.
• Strong Windows OS patching expertise and enterprise software update management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of DEX.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support SCCM/MECM infrastructure and core roles.
• Lead patch management lifecycle for Windows and third-party apps.
• Package, test, and deploy applications for enterprise and AVD.
• Design PowerShell scripts for deployment automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk for rollouts.
• Create technical documentation and SOPs.
