Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Consultant in Monterrey with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Treasury. You will provide L2/L3 support, manage bank interfaces, and coordinate with ABAP/Basis teams to resolve issues and enhancements.

You will engage with business users to gather requirements, perform root-cause analysis, and support month-end/year-end closing and tax reporting within SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Module, with knowledge of GL, AR, AP.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve functional issues reported by end-users.
• Coordinate with ABAP and Basis teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing and tax reporting within SAP Finance.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance processes in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Module, and related GL/AR/AP areas.
• Handle bank interfaces for payments, reconciliation and FSCM.
• Collaborate with master data teams (vendor/customer) and tax reporting.
• Work with e-invoicing platforms and external reporting tools.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and system upgrades.
• Deliver training and guidance to junior consultants and end-users.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Consultant with strong expertise in support and issue resolution across SAP Finance and Treasury module.

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Module, additional knowledge on GL, AR, AP etc.,
• Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation, FSCM
• Integration with vendor/customer master data and tax reporting.
• e-invoicing platforms, and external reporting tools.
• Support for month-end/year-end closing.
• Familiarity with audit & compliance.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues, errors, and incidents reported by end-users & work on changes and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and end-users.
