Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP S/4 Hana FICO Consultant to deliver expert support and hands-on resolution across SAP Finance and Controlling modules in Monterrey. You will engage with business users, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate with ABAP/Basis teams for enhancements and upgrades.

The role focuses on maintaining month-end/ year-end closing activities, tax engine integrations, and detailed documentation of configurations and resolutions. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP S/4 Hana FICO experience across GL, AP, AR, CO, and related modules.
• Proven track record in supporting and resolving complex financial system issues.
• Experience coordinating with ABAP and Basis teams for incident resolution and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).
• Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP S/4 Hana FICO Consultant with strong expertise in support and issue resolution across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.)
• Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Third-party tax engines (e.g., Tax mark Vertex, Avalara ).
• Integration with vendor/customer master data and tax reporting.
• Vendor portals, e-invoicing platforms, and external reporting tools
• Support for month-end/year-end closing and asset reconciliation.
• Familiarity with asset reporting tools and audit compliance.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues, errors, and incidents reported by end-users.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain documentation for support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and end-users.
