Infosys Mexico seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead and support SAP Finance and Controlling, with emphasis on issue resolution and end-of-period activities. You will engage with business users and coordinate with technical teams to deliver timely fixes and improvements.

The role covers asset reconciliation, tax engines, and reporting tools, requiring strong SAP FICO expertise and collaboration across ABAP and Basis teams. On-site in Monterrey.

Qualificações

• Experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
• Strong experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Familiarity with asset reconciliation and asset reporting tools.
• Audit compliance and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing SAP FICO support and issue resolution across Finance and Controlling.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with ABAP/Basis teams for resolutions and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and asset reconciliation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, resolutions, and processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing.
• Provide training to junior consultants and end-users.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP S/4 Hana FICO Consultant with strong expertise in support and issue resolution across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

• Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Third-party tax engines (e.g., Tax mark Vertex, Avalara ).
• Integration with vendor/customer master data and tax reporting.
• Vendor portals, e-invoicing platforms, and external reporting tools
• Support for month-end/year-end closing and asset reconciliation.
• Familiarity with asset reporting tools and audit compliance.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues, errors, and incidents reported by end-users.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain documentation for support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing.
