Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a capable professional to provide L2/L3 SAP S/4 Hana Treasury support within a Mexico-based team. You will work on treasury modules, bank interfaces, and master data integration to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.

The role involves supporting month-end and year-end closings, ensuring audit readiness, and collaborating with ABAP/Basis teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP S/4 Hana Treasury support and related knowledge on GL, AR, AP, etc.
• Handle bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation (FSCM).
• Integrate with vendor/customer master data and assist with tax reporting.
• Engage with e-invoicing platforms and external reporting tools.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance requirements.

Job description

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana Treasury Module, additional knowledge on GL, AR, AP etc.,
• Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation, FSCM
• Integration with vendor/customer master data and tax reporting.
• e-invoicing platforms, and external reporting tools.
• Support for month-end/year-end closing.
• Familiarity with audit & compliance.
• Analyse and resolve functional issues, errors, and incidents reported by end-users & work on changes and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and end-users.
