Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our SAP practice and support design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP Quality Management solutions. The ideal candidate has deep SAP QM expertise, strong manufacturing and quality process understanding, and global project experience.

The role focuses on configuring QM modules, leading workshops, and collaborating with business users and technical teams across ECC/S/4HANA environments to deliver high-impact quality management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP QM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP QM.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, SD and other modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define and optimize quality management processes.
• Configure and support key QM functionalities, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Audit Management, Certificate Processing, Vendor Quality Management.
• Integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, PM, and EWM.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects, rollout initiatives, and system enhancements.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Deliver end-user training and create system documentation.
• Participate in data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
