Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert to support and enhance pharmaceutical quality processes.

The role focuses on hands-on SAP QM configuration, production support, and integration with related SAP modules to deliver reliable QM solutions. You will analyze business requirements, resolve functional issues, and collaborate with ABAP developers to implement effective SAP QM improvements, including batch management and DMR

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP QM configuration experience.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and resolving functional issues.
• Collaborating with ABAP developers to deliver SAP QM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP QM applications and processes.
• Configure SAP QM solutions to meet new business requirements and support rollouts.
• Manage QM master data, quality notifications, inspection processes, defect recording, and QM cost management.
• Support batch management and Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR) where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Perform functional testing and support integration testing to validate changes.
