Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) SME for pharma clients in Mexico. You will leverage deep functional expertise to support and enhance SAP QM solutions, including QM master data, notifications, batch management, and cost management.

You will collaborate with ABAP teams to deliver enhancements and ensure successful rollout projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, process understanding, and the ability to deliver high‑quality QM solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP QM experience in support and enhancement projects.
• Exposure to end-to-end SAP QM implementations and rollout projects.
• Experience in functional specs, testing, defect resolution and bug fixing.
• Strong understanding of QM master data, notifications, and batch management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP QM functional support and enhancements for pharma clients.
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with ABAP team for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Configure QM solutions for new developments and rollout projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integrations (EWM/PP/MM).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced **SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with strong functional and domain expertise in SAP QM.

The consultant should have extensive experience in **support and enhancement projects**.

Exposure to **end-to-end implementation projects** will be an added advantage, including experience in functional specification preparation, testing, defect resolution, and bug fixing.

Strong hands-on experience is required in:

• QM Master Data
• QM Notifications
• QM Cost Management
• QM Inspections
• Batch Management
• Usage Decision
• DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable)
• Integration with SAP modules such as **EWM, PP, MM**, and others
• Must possess a solid understanding of **SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry**.
• Experience in collaborating with the **ABAP team** for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
• Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for **new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects**.
• Well-versed in IT service management processes, including **Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management**.
