The role focuses on hands-on SAP QM configuration, production support, and integration with related SAP modules to deliver reliable QM solutions. You will analyze business requirements, resolve functional issues, and collaborate with ABAP developers to implement effective SAP QM improvements, including batch management and DMR

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP QM applications and processes.

• Manage QM master data, quality notifications, inspection processes, defect recording, and QM cost management.
• Support batch management and Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR) where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Perform functional testing and support integration testing to validate changes.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong functional expertise and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration, production support, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules.

The candidate should be capable of analyzing business requirements, resolving functional issues, supporting new developments, and collaborating with ABAP developers to deliver effective SAP QM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP QM applications and business processes.
• Configure SAP QM solutions to meet new business requirements, support new developments, and facilitate rollout projects.
• Manage and maintain QM master data, quality notifications, inspection processes, defect recording, usage decisions, and QM cost management.
• Support batch management and Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR), as applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, bug fixes, and issue resolution.
• Perform functional testing, support integration testing, resolve defects, and validate system changes.
