Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Network FG Supply Planner in Mexico City to translate mid‑term production plans into firm short‑term schedules. You will coordinate with plant production teams, manage stock transfers, and monitor daily output against weekly plans to ensure timely product availability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of planning experience, SAP proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in production scheduling or planning is required.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP experience is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Converts mid-term production plans into short-term plans by turning planned orders into firm orders.
• Develops and reviews short-term production and scheduling plans, considering capacity and timing.
• Manages stock transfers up to the 1st decoupling point and coordinates with the Replenishment Planner; monitors daily production against weekly plans and suggests corrective actions.
• Identifies short-term FG requirements and provides allocation proposals based on business priorities.
• Assists in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock.
• Maintains key manufacturing parameters, including capacity constraints, for accurate planning; provides inputs for S&OE addressing material availability and capacity constraints.
• Works with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate scheduling activities; collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production.
• Supports continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
