Henkel seeks a Network Supply Planning Specialist to lead and bridge business requirements with the new planning platform. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and project teams to design, test, train, deploy, and continuously improve planning processes.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, and experience with ERP/APS implementations and SAP APO/IBP familiarity. Hybrid work options and global collaboration are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning.
• Experience participating in ERP/APS or supply chain planning system implementations.
• Knowledge of supply planning concepts, inventory management, demand and supply balancing.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience conducting testing activities including UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the business representative for the implementation of Henkel's next-generation supply chain planning solution.
• Support the transition from SAP APO by translating requirements into system functionality.
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements across supply planning operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during solution design workshops and process harmonization.
• Participate in system configuration reviews and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Execute UAT, document results, and support defect resolution.
• Ensure business readiness for deployment through validation and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing end-user support.
• Support change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support during implementation phases.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful project delivery.
