Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a SAP ITGC Compliance Lead to oversee SAP controls compliance, align IT strategies with business goals, and collaborate with auditors and vendors. The role reports to IT Compliance senior management within IT Risk Management and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will drive risk-based control design, monitor regulatory changes, and advance IT governance through SAP GRC tools and auditing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8–10 years) or master’s with 5+ years.
• Strong IT controls and financial risk assessment experience.
• Proficiency in SAP GRC tools and SAP security concepts.
• Experience with SAP audit tools (Audit Management, Process Control).

Responsibilities

• Ensure SAP systems comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP systems to identify compliance gaps.
• Experience in SAP security and RBAC design including SAP GRC management.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SAP system controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address control deficiencies.
• Establish relationships with IT support/business teams and drive IT engagement improvements.
• Communicate IT decisions relevant to IT support teams/business.
• Meet aggressive timelines and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic team.
• Open to automation where possible to improve processes.
