Job summary

BRP in Mexico is seeking an SAP FICO Business Analyst to bridge Finance and IT for SAP Finance and Controlling processes. You will capture requirements, analyze problems, document specifications and support cross‑region finance users.

You will provide first‑level incident and service requests handling in ServiceNow, ensure adherence to IT governance, support month‑end and year‑end close, and collaborate with global teams to implement scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of SAP FICO experience in multinational environments.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, AA).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM incident management and ServiceNow usage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance users to capture SAP requests across regions.
• Analyze business needs and refine requests for alignment with IT roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, BRDs and test scenarios.
• Provide L1 support for SAP Finance incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and ensure system availability.
