Totum Talent is looking for an SAP Commerce Operation Supporter who will be responsible for the technical support of our B2B webshop in the AME timezone. You will be part of an experienced international team.

Your primary tasks include monitoring the webshop with Dynatrace, collaborating with developers to resolve incidents, and coordinating incident and problem management while communicating with customers and stakeholders in AME working hours.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 3+ years proven experience with SAP Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts.
• Background as a Java developer and experience in systems integration, preferably in ecommerce.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Supporting and monitoring the webshop using Dynatrace, collaborating with developers to resolve incidents and implement workarounds.
• Incident- and problem-coordination for production incidents and communicating with customers/stakeholders in the AME timezone.
