SAP Commerce Technical Developer role:

Saxon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hybris Technical Developer to join our growing Digital Commerce team.

This is an onsite job in Monterrey and candidate is expected is work from office 5 days a week.

This role is instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of our SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform for both B2B and B2C experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and highly personalized digital storefronts that align with our vision of innovation and customer-centric commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development, Support & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain features and enhancements in SAP Commerce Cloud(Hybris 6.x/1905+)
• Build and manage complex integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce, OMS, PIM, and external payment/shipping providers
• Implement advanced customizations to Product, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, and Customer Service modules
• Build scalable APIs using OCC (OmniCommerceConnect) and support headless commercemodels

Project Delivery & Technical Leadership

Testing, Performance & Troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris development
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, J2EE, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Experience in B2B and B2C storefronts, ideally in the sporting goods, apparel, or consumer retail industries
• Hands-on with Hybris backoffice, SmartEdit, ImpEx, and custom workflows
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud in public cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred
• Familiarity with S/4HANA, SAP CAR, SAP CPI, and BTP integrations is a plus
• Deep understanding of personalization, promotions, and complex product catalog structures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with headless commerce frameworks, GraphQL, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Prior use of Dynatrace or other monitoring tools
• Contribution to open-source Hybris extensions or participation in SAP forums is a bonus

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Team player with leadership mindset
