Job summary

SAP Fioneer GmbH is seeking a finance and performance management specialist to advise on FPSL implementations and sub-project ownership. You will collaborate across SAP domains, using agile and traditional methods to design and implement FPSL-enabled processes in S/4HANA environments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in SAP finance, strong English skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive innovative cloud and on-premise solutions within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or performance management within SAP project environments.
• Experience with Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud solutions, especially for Insurance clients.
• Excellent knowledge of business processes and experience in SAP solution design or application.
• Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Advise and support SAP Fioneer in finance and performance management processes; independently manage sub-projects.
• Use both agile and traditional project methods; assist in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of customized financial processes.
• Drive FPSL solutions with S/4HANA or cloud integration options for S/4HANA Cloud.
• Provide FPSL expertise to clients and colleagues across cross-SAP topics.

About the Role

• You advise and support SAP Fioneer in all relevant financial and performance management processes and independently manage sub-projects.

• Additionally, you provide support in cross-SAP topics and serve as an FPSL expert for clients and colleagues.
