Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solutions Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. You will design end-to-end SAP Finance solutions and guide architecture decisions, workshops, and ensure SAP best practices alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with solution design and architecture.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA experience with at least four full-cycle implementations in lead/architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and cross-module integration.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and regulatory legislation translated into SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of leading client discussions and bridging business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving decisions and complex issue resolution.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid passport and U.S. B1/B2 visa.
• Willingness to travel 40%–60% to client sites, including internationally.

Your Expertise

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including solution design and architecture.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA experience and at least four full-cycle implementations, preferably in a lead or architect role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and cross-module integration.
• Extensive knowledge of Mexican tax, accounting, and regulatory legislation, with the ability to translate legal requirements into SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions, present recommendations, and bridge business and technical teams.
