Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to join our Americas Delivery Mexico team in Queretaro. You will work within an engagement team, supporting project goals and providing technical guidance to colleagues as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration across stakeholders, with a focus on SAP FICO processes, AP, AR, GL, and SD-MM integration within SAP S/4HANA environments and agile delivery practices.

SAP FICO – Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
• Advanced English level.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.

Preferred

• Knowledge of SAP FICO with good understanding of processes.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on experience in SAP FICO, with expertise in AP, AR, GL, and SD-MM integration.
• Relevant experience in Product Costing or Group Reporting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Prior experience in agile project delivery and distributed team environments.
• Experience managing custom programs and technical business enhancements.
• Skilled in writing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translating business logic for technical teams.
