The role involves supporting SAP applications, managing incidents, and coordinating with global teams to optimize service delivery. Formación

• At least 8 years of functional experience in Finance domain.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate Engineer from reputed college
• At least 8 years of functional experience in Finance domain
• Hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience focusing on FICO Controlling, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement
• Experience of at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation is desirable
• At least 6 years supporting SAP ERP at large client engagements
• Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
• Understanding of clients' business environment mapped to SAP ERP
• Consulting skills and business process knowledge

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in ongoing SAP application support
• Support globally without regional barriers in defect resolution, incident release management in multi-vendor and multi-geography environments for ECC and satellite systems
• Coordinate with offshore teams and users to resolve tickets and system issues
• Work on implementation projects based on new opportunities
• Prioritize issues based on severity and impact
• Manage SLAs and coordinate with support teams for timely resolution
• Coordinate with business users and support teams
• Provide incident management, service request fulfillment, problem management, change management, proactive management, and continuous improvement services as part of engagement scope
