IBM is seeking an experienced SAP BPC and SAP BW support professional to ensure stable planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. You will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to resolve incidents, monitor performance, and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of SAP BPC and BW environments, data validation, and knowledge transfer to teams, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with SAP BPC and SAP BW/BW on HANA including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Experience providing SAP production support with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident/change management, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders with strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Introduction

The role is responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, user support, data validation, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with Finance and Business stakeholders.

Your role and responsibilities

Provide application support and maintenance for SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and SAP BW environments, ensuring stable operation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and data integration processes.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Hands-on experience with SAP BPC and SAP BW/BW on HANA, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Experience providing SAP production support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident/change management, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working with Finance and IT stakeholders, with strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience supporting Finance/EPM solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SAP SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Finance, and BusinessObjects is a plus.
• Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or Natural Resources industries is preferred.
• Manage data modeling, ETL, DTPs, process chains, reporting, Analysis for Office, and BEx Queries.
