IBM Consulting in Mexico is seeking a skilled Package Specialist-SAP SCM to design, implement, and maintain SAP SCM solutions to optimize supply chain operations. You will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP Concur, S/4HANA, ABAP, and CPI, with a focus on end-to-end processes and solving complex incidents within SLAs. Fluency in English is essential.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist-SAP SCM, you will design, implement, and maintain SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions to optimize supply chain operations across industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and third‑party systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, test, and implement SAP‑based supply chain solutions, focusing on successful project delivery and effective integration with clients' existing systems.
• Configure and Customize Modules: Configure and customize SAP SCM modules for processes like warehouse management, global trade, product development, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain collaboration.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing SAP systems and third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in SAP systems.
• Stay Updated with New Features: Stay updated with new features and functionalities in SAP SCM modules, demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills.

Required technical and professional expertise

SCM (including Ariba) || SAP Concur SME - Support

Support end‑to‑end SAP Concur functionality related to expense submission and processing, including all required configuration and integrations.

Analyze incidents created on a day‑to‑day basis related to SAP Concur and S/4HANA master data and expense posting setup.

Provide root cause analysis and short‑term and long‑term solutions.

Resolve incidents within the established SLA.

Work with technical teams to analyze errors related to ABAP / CPI (Middleware).

Monitor failures in SAP Concur, AMEX GBT, and S/4HANA across all interfaces; record, analyze, and provide short‑term and long‑term solutions.

Configure and troubleshoot SAP Supply Chain end‑to‑end Newmont business processes.

Work with business teams to educate them on error resolution and prevention.

Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure technical defects are resolved and implementations run smoothly.

Support SAP releases, HRSP updates, and instance refresh activities, including regression testing.

Support UT, SIT, and UAT, including the design and execution of positive and negative test cases.

Develop and support the reporting team with their testing needs.

Prepare functional specifications for technical teams to develop custom integrations, including all relevant test cases.

Provide suggestions for development improvements to facilitate support.

Perform ticket triage, including user errors, master data fixes, training gaps, and cross‑team dependencies.

Diagnose and resolve system defects, integration errors, and module‑specific issues to ensure uninterrupted system performance with SF/CORE and SAP S/4HANA.

Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position.
