Market Cloud Ltd is seeking a SAP Concur Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Mexico Local Fiscal Compliance to lead configuration, validation, and optimization of our expense management system.

You will ensure travel and expense workflows align with SAT regulations and integrate with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, or NetSuite, collaborating with local users and global IT teams.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense and Concur Travel modules.
• Expertise in Mexico fiscal compliance and localization rules.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and corporate travel deductibility.
• Experience in ERP integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, NetSuite.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, validate, and optimize Concur Expense and Concur Travel.
• Implement and manage Mexican localization rules, including CFDI 4.0 validation.
• Map Concur data to ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Collaborate with local users and global IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax laws including IVA/IEPS/ISH and SAT limits.

Overview

We are seeking a SAP Concur Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Mexico Local Fiscal Compliance to lead the configuration, validation, and optimization of our expense management system. The consultant will ensure that all travel and expense workflows align with SAT (Mexican Tax Office) regulations and integrate seamlessly with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, validate, and optimize Concur Expense and Concur Travel modules.
• Implement and manage Mexican localization rules, including:
• CFDI 4.0 validation
• XML/PDF integration via PACs or standard SAP connectors
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax laws, including:
• Accurate mapping of IVA (16% & 8% border rate)
• Handling of IEPS and ISH (Lodging Tax)
• Enforcement of SAT deductibility limits for corporate travel
• Map Concur financial data and cost centers to ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Collaborate with local users and global IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Concur Expense and Concur Travel modules.
• Proven expertise in Mexico fiscal compliance and localization rules.
• Strong understanding of Mexican tax regulations and corporate travel deductibility.
• Experience with ERP integration (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) for effective communication with local and global teams.
