Dematic Mexico seeks an experienced IT Solution designer/developer for SAP Concur to support upgrades, maintenance, and integration with SAP and other systems.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, translating business requirements into technical designs, ensuring data security and GDPR considerations for North America, and managing risks and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• SAP Concur support and configuration experience including Travel, Expense, Expense Pay
• Understanding of financial processes
• Experience with global, large scale application implementations
• Strong knowledge about Concur configurations and Interface files like Employee Import, Org Structure Import

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support as required for SAP Concur upgrade and maintenance events
• Identify/participate in defect identification, resolution with SAP Concur service team as required
• Participates in Global and regional projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of business requirements
• Engage with Key Users and/or IT Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to resource requirements, project deliverables, solution design including integration with SAP, and other systems as appropriate
• Analyzes and develops/documents technical specifications and communicates with cross functional develop team to optimize design/development resources
• Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment as appropriate
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution for the business, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
• Ensure system data management and security aligns with KION IT standards and audit expectations
• Responsible for Support User community/issue management
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
