KION Group is seeking an experienced IT Solution Designer/Developer to support SAP Concur upgrades and ongoing maintenance across global deployments. You will work with key users and IT partners to translate requirements into robust solutions, and ensure data security aligns with North American GDPR standards.

The role requires fluency in English, strong project management skills, and a track record of ERP/Concur integrations in large-scale applications.

• Develop and document technical specifications for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure system data management and security aligns with IT standards and audits.
• Support user community and manage issues; monitor risks and plan mitigations.

Descripción del empleo

• Provide IT support as required for SAP Concur upgrade and maintenance events as requested
• Identify/participate in defect identification, resolution with SAP Concur service team as required.
• Participates in Global and regional projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of business requirements
• Engage with Key Users and/or IT Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to resource requirements, project deliverables, solution design including integration with SAP, and other systems as appropriate
• Analyzes and develops/documents technical specifications and communicates with cross functional develop team to optimize design/development resources
• Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment as appropriate
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution for the business, in accordance with an agreed Functional design
• Ensure system data management and security aligns with KION IT standards and audit expectations.
• Responsible for Support User community/issue management
• Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Solution designer/developer for SAP Concur
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
• Should have the ability to work independently under minimal guidance.
• Provide status update to the leads and be available for all important meetings.
• Strong understanding of Travel, Expense and Payment business processes and time sensitive, data security/confidentiality (GDPR) concepts
• Ability to introduce new tools, processes, and technologies- to contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Strong knowledge about Concur Configurations and Interface files like Employee Import, Org Structure Import etc.
• Good knowledge of implementation project lifecycle deliverables– example: blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, data migration and go-live support
• Should have experience working with ERP integration and knowledge about SAP ICS system.
• Should have knowledge or experience working with Workday, Concur Web Services, SAP ERP systems
