Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an SAP CO-focused CO consultant with 3-5 years in a key-user role to support controlling processes and S/4HANA implementations. You will work within our Controlling ERP team on discovery phases and rollouts of our worldwide template, emphasizing standardization and international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Take over a role as SAP in-house consultant in controlling for Power Tools Division.
• Be part of the Controlling ERP team and lead S/4 Hana discovery phases and rollouts of the global template.
• Apply deep knowledge of controlling processes and integration points.
• Promote standardization through rollout support and process optimization.
• Gather requirements, provide feedback, and support testing for compliant implementations.
• Train and coach user departments on standard processes.
• Engage in cross-functional communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment.

Job Description

3-5 years of work experience as a key-user or role expert.

As CO Consultant you will:

• Take over a role as SAP in-house consultant in controlling area for Power Tools Division.
• This includes be an integral part of our Controlling ERP team, taking responsibility for the S/4 Hana discovery phases and rollouts of our worldwide template .
• Apply a deep knowledge of Controlling processes and their integration points.
• Contribute to the successful roll-out and promotion of our processes, with a strong focus on standardization.
• Collect requirements from local organizations, provide feedback, and support testing to ensure a sustainable implementation that complies with process standards.
• Train and coach user departments on the application of standard processes.
• Engage in intensive communication, collaboration, and change management within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO, 3-5 years of work experience as a key-user or role expert.
• Good understanding of controlling processes.
• Experience working in international teams and/or IT projects.
• A strong mindset for templates and standardization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A collaborative team player with initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge in S/4HANA and corresponding tools/methods.
• Travel around 20%
