Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited seeks an S2P Consultant to provide expert SAP replenishment guidance across distribution centers and interfaces with internal suppliers and plants.

You will work in an international, cross-functional environment, driving standardization, automation, and rollout support for BBM and AA, with data validation in Excel and AI knowledge as a bonus.

Formación

• Experience managing complex SAP projects.
• Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in SAP MM, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4.
• Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specs.

Job Description

The S2P Consultant provides expert level of business process guidance on SAP requirements and design, specifically in Replenishment into the different distribution centers either from internal suppliers like plants or from buyout suppliers.

• As an IT and process expert, you are responsible for the standardization and continuous (further) development of processes and IT for the Source to Pay (S2P) area.
• You work independently as an expert in an international team, take responsibility for the implementation of your own work packages, support projects and manage your own small projects in the BBM environment.
• You develop suitable solutions across departments, taking into account process automation and standardization based on existing and new ideas and concepts for BBM and AA.
• You are responsible for handing over the developed solutions to the Bosch-plants and support as an expert in the various phases of the rollout and are also the central contact person for the plants after the projects as a consultant.
• You will work in an international and cross-functional environment acting as an interface to other functional areas such as quality, logistics or stakeholder management.
• You will identify, define and optimize “best in class” processes based on digital and automated solutions.
• Suitable process concepts and communication content for a target-oriented information of our customers about the corresponding solutions are developed and implemented by you. Actively involved in strategic Bosch projects, such as S/4 transformation
• Ability to validate and have expert knowledge of excel to process the data and validate between fields.
• AI knowledge, bonus for AI project building and implemented projects.
• Not required but a desire to have the knowledge of cross processes that intertwine with S2P process.

Qualifications

• Experience in the successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area.
• Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in the area of SAP MM, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4.
• Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specs.
