Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Mexico is seeking an experienced CO Consultant to drive SAP Controlling initiatives. You will join the Controlling ERP team and own parts of the S/4HANA rollout, focusing on standardization and efficient processes.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO with 3–5 years as key-user or expert.
• Strong understanding of controlling processes.
• Experience in international teams and IT projects.
• A strong mindset for templates and standardization.
• Excellent English communication.
• Willingness to travel around 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Take over a role as SAP in-house consultant in controlling area for Power Tools Division.
• Be an integral part of our Controlling ERP team, taking responsibility for S/4 Hana discovery phases and rollouts of our worldwide template.
• Apply a deep knowledge of Controlling processes and their integration points.
• Contribute to the successful roll-out and promotion of our processes, with a strong focus on standardization.
• Collect requirements from local organizations, provide feedback, and support testing to ensure a sustainable implementation that complies with process standards.
• Train and coach user departments on the application of standard processes.
• Engage in intensive communication, collaboration, and change management within an international environment.
