Cognex Corporation in Mexico seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Finance to manage FTM processes. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience with a foundation in general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and Finance stakeholders to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP finance solutions, including OTC, FI, CO, and MM integrations.

• 2–3 years of SAP experience in finance processes (GL, AP, and financial reporting).
• Familiarity with how SAP FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modules.
• Exposure to journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within SAP finance and enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SD, FI, and MM modules.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms under senior guidance.
• Participate in system testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and help validate outcomes.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and elevate complex problems to senior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support optimization initiatives.
• Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guides.
• Support data validation, migration activities, and system upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and standard processes.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to build business and technical knowledge.
