Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, with a customer-focused team based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support functions
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples, quotations, technical documentation, and commercial support activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely request fulfillment
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer portfolios, commercial information, and account-related records
• Track and follow up on sample requests, quotations, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of responsiveness and service
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools to support commercial activities and business decisions
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and commercial documentation when required
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and business processes
• Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs and commercial objectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, process efficiency, and service excellence
