Carrier is seeking an Ingeniero de soporte de ventas to accelerate the adoption of real-time visibility and monitoring solutions across the food supply chain in Latin America. You will partner with Sales, customers, and channel partners to identify opportunities and drive customer conversion across Food Service, Retail, QSR, Food Manufacturing, and Distribution segments.

• 5+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, supply chain tech, IoT, or food logistics.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and customer implementations.
• Experience managing projects across multiple LATAM countries.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support LATAM sales cycle with technical and consultative selling expertise.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify supply chain challenges, food safety risks, compliance requirements, and inefficiencies.
• Deliver product demos, pilot programs, ROI assessments, and business-case presentations.
• Translate customer challenges into measurable business value and collaborate on growth strategies.
