Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Sales Specialist for a hybrid role in Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, Mexico. The position focuses on a mix of general sales and marketing activities, including face-to-face and remote engagements with customers.

The candidate will assess customer needs, develop commercial strategies, and engage in business development with EPCs, while coordinating with sales teams and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in related functions.
• Intermediate English level is required.
• Knowledge of the energy market is mandatory.
• Knowledge/experience in control and protection solutions for substations (SCADA and telecommunications) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Plan, develop, and deliver marketing strategy for products/services and brands.
• Provide customer service and support on product pricing, billing, shipping, and issue resolution.
