Mindray in Monterrey seeks a sales-focused distributor and project manager to expand regional partnerships and drive growth in ultrasound offerings.

You will manage distributors, pursue public tenders and hospital projects, and develop key opinion leaders while positioning Mindray products against competitors. The role emphasizes targets, training, and cross-functional collaboration across sales and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• distributor management and development: maintain relationships and expand distributors in weekly areas.
• Monitor distributor growth, team building, training, CAS growth, and sales team qualification.
• Opportunity management: handle public tenders and hospital projects, identify decision makers, manage projects.
• Develop KOLs and promote ultrasound advanced features.
• Product management: position product precisely and analyze competitors.

Responsibilities

• distributor management and development. Maitain the current relationships and develop new distributors for week areas. Monitor and cultivate distributor growth/team building and training/ CAS growth and sales team quanlificaiton. Complete sales target.
