The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in sales strategy and enablement technology, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement.
• Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing the sales enablement strategy aligned with sales objectives.
• Develop and deliver sales training programs and contribute to content development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and prioritize improvement areas.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improving processes.
• May manage specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives.
• Assist in selecting and implementing sales enablement technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enablement programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
