Formación

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a data-driven and business-oriented professional to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking to support commercial decision-making and process optimization. This role will be instrumental in driving sales efficiency through data analysis, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should be comfortable working with BI tools, CRM platforms, and large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Data Analysis & Visualization (SFDC & Tableau): Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • CRM Administration (Salesforce): Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows, automate processes, and provide user support to ensure system efficiency and adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align data strategies with business objectives, supporting initiatives and enabling agile action.
  • Commercial Optimization: Propose data-backed solutions to improve sales productivity, territory management, and closing effectiveness.
  • Reporting & BI Automation: Develop and maintain territory maps, SOPs, and business reports using tools such as Tableau, SAP, SFDC and other BI platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce and Tableau, plus knowledge of data programming languages.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Based in Mexico City with availability for hybrid work.
  • English level B2 or above
