This role will oversee sales strategy and team management for Automotive and Industrial Compounds, ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the automotive or plastics sectors. Strong leadership, business acumen, and multilingual communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in sales or marketing roles in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of experience in the Automotive, Plastics, Chemical, or Process industries.
• Proven record of managing significant business (> $100MM).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategy for automotive and industrial compounds in Mexico.
