BairesDev is seeking a Sales Controlling Analyst to support audits, budgeting, and internal sales controls within a global, fully remote team. You will audit reports, update the sales lifecycle, and assist planning and forecasting efforts.

Ideal candidates have a business/finance background with 3+ years’ experience, strong analytics, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business, Finance or similar.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience in Sales Support or Sales Audit roles.
• Proactive, quick learner, and able to multitask.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Methodic and able to follow processes.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Sales team keeps the sales life-cycle of each lead up to date.
• Audit different reports of internal processes.
• Assist the Sales Controlling Manager in executing Sales Representative audits and improving audit processes.
• Carry out daily reviews of the Sales Representative’s reports.
• Proceed with Sales Planning for annual Budgeting, Planning Rounds, and monthly forecasting.
