Indie Campers in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Regional Fleet Lead to drive regional fleet strategy and oversee a team of Asset Analysts across North America. You will implement SOPs, optimize stock and maintenance costs, and ensure high service levels through field visits and data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-site operations experience, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans while collaborating with suppliers and depots.

Formación

• Experience leading regional fleet operations and asset teams across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and meet SLAs.
• Strong data-driven approach to optimize KPIs and costs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional execution and support to align with SOPs and health, safety, and service standards.
• Lead and develop Asset Analysts through coaching and regular check-ins.
• Manage partner and supplier performance and negotiate as needed.
• Drive strategic fleet projects and depot openings with data-driven improvements.
• Bridge central and local teams and report performance and risks to leadership.
