Job summary

Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. in Reynosa is seeking a RST Process Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain manufacturing workflows ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

You will bridge R&D and plant activities during new product launches, while supporting CAPEX projects and cost-saving initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, 3–5 years in manufacturing/medical, bilingual, and proficient in MS Office/SAP/AutoCAD. PMBOK/PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Medical Industry in a similar position (NPI/Project).
• Structured mindset with analytical thinking.
• Management skills for people and equipment.
• Able to work independently, safely, and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office/MS Project/Think Cell/BPCS/SAP/AutoCad.
• Fully bilingual.
• PMBOK/PMP/MBA is a plus.
• Equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) knowledge.
• Lean manufacturing methodology knowledge.

About the Role

RST Process Engineer design, optimizes, and maintains the manufacturing workflows to ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness. Ensures process and components changes comply with quality and safety regulations along with all required documentation. The process engineer bridges the gap between R&D and day to day plant activities when new product launches are being implemented.

Who You Are

University Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related

3–5- years' experience in Manufacturing/Medical Industry in a similar position as NPI/Project preferer.

Management skills for people and equipment

Ability to work independent, safe, self-reliant and team-oriented

Knowledge of MS Office/MS Project/Think Cell/ BPCS/SAP/AutoCad

Fully bilingual

Project management (PMBOK/PMP/MBA is a plus)
