Job summary

Textron Aviation offers an entry-level Sales Development Program (SDP) as a 9-month, multi-rotation experience. The SDP covers eight functional areas, with six months of training in Wichita, KS, USA, and three months of potential travel to Mexico/Brazil to engage customers and learn the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through Technical Marketing; Product Knowledge for Jets, TurboProps and Pistons; Customer Experience; Marketing; Customer Service; Business Operations; and Sales Operations.
• Tactical day-to-day responsibilities and significant project assignments during each rotation as assigned by the host function leader.
• Assigned to a sales zone and will work with that zone to understand the sales process.
• Complete applicable training courses, curriculum and other training as assigned.
• Provide requested support to host function leadership during each rotation cycle.
• Learn and effectively utilize available resources (reports; Salesforce.com; etc.) in each function as applicable.
• Apply learning to professional scenarios.
