Caterpillar Brazil seeks a high-potential engineer for its Leadership & Technical Development Program in Mexico. You will undertake three rotations over 36 months across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Digital topics, with mandatory travel and willingness to relocate to participating facilities in Monterrey, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and other Mexican sites.

Candidates must have a engineering degree, GPA 8.0+, and strong English; relocation is provided for each rotation; visa sponsorship

Formación

• Completed degree from a university by the start of the program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other relevant Engineering or Technology degrees.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 8.0
• Must be willing to relocate domestically based upon business need for each rotation and for post-program assignment
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades
