Eaton in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico seeks an Early Talent Leadership Development Program - Finance to develop future finance leaders through three 12-month assignments. The program includes FP&L, Operations Finance, and Controllership rotations, with opportunities to interact with Eaton leaders and prepare for advanced roles.

Participants gain cross-functional exposure and build leadership skills, with potential transitions to Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Auditor after completion.

Formación

• Graduation date no more than 2 years ago with an average of 8.0 or higher.
• Geographical flexibility to relocate.
• Ability to speak a second language fluently (English).
• Demonstrated leadership or coordination in campus or community activities.
• Prior internship or co-op in a manufacturing or corporate setting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a two-year Leadership Development Program with three 12-month assignments.
• Rotate through FP&L, Operations Finance Rotation and Specialty Rotation (Controllership/Tax).
• Interact with Eaton leaders and present during assignments.
• Develop leadership skills and prepare for future finance roles.
